How many of these can I convert into? I was thinking of converting into 100 for both clinics, that should be enough.

it depends on how many CEO corps you have. i often check and adjust as needed. i usally start with 5 and add a few at a time. after things level out i'll return them to hospitals or universities. that's how i do it.
