Tom Fitzpatrick (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, September 28, 2011 - 04:48 pm I have been noticing over the last two to three game months that the amount of medical staff in my nation has been going through the roof even though I have not been training any more then usual. Is this a bug or some kind of new feature, I have also noticed that the number of low level workers has been falling, so I am guessing somehow a whole lot of low level workers became doctors, if only that could happen in the real world lol. Also Nurses aged 55-60 and 60-65 are at zero no idea why don't think it was the case before, and there are no senior doctors aged 30-35 even though I have been training new ones. Also the number of executives aged 30-35 and 60-65 has suddenly fallen to 0 even though new graduates are being trained. Hope Someone can help explain this to me and if its a bug fix it quickly! |
Crafty (Fearless Blue) | Wednesday, September 28, 2011 - 05:38 pm Certain occupations do have certain ages groups. A senior doctor before s/he was aged 30? Not very likely. Sounds like you may have a population bubble problem, did you buy lots of pop in a short time? And it could be the automation adjusting your education because it thinks it knows better than you. Check settings > automation > automatic systems and click on the 'all logging' button. CC |
Tom Fitzpatrick (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, September 28, 2011 - 07:48 pm No I didn't buy any pop and I keep a close eye on the education priorities, its stabilized now though. I think I know what was happening, my government salaries were a lot higher then corp salaries so people were trying to move into the government sector, now that the salaries are about the same things have stabilized. |
