On my enterprise I placed a bid on a corp how do I withdraw it

You can only withdraw it for around an hour after you placed it. After that you have no choice.

The only way of not buying the corporation is if you didn't tick the box to increase the bid if the value of the corp increases. If you didn't tick the box, then the owner can increase the value, at which point the bid won't go through, or someone else can bid more for it.
