Okay, I've looked as far as I could, and still don't have an answer for this question. If, hypothetically speaking, one player was at WL3 and another one was at WL4, would the player at the higher war level have the advantage? PvP, of course. I know and understand that in a C3 war it becomes more difficult to win at a higher war level, but in PvP, is that the same case? Do not get me wrong, I mean no ill content by my query. Its just something I would like to know.
