Thursday, August 4, 2011 - 08:15 pm NiAi Corp Total Profit -417.20B SC NiAi Group Total Profit -270.56B SC Tasty :P My Empire doesnt have such a huge difference. For CEO:s, the profit is down in my case since for some reason, a HUGE amount of production is unsold/not getting accounted for. Maybe GM messed with the market buying formula?

Thursday, August 4, 2011 - 09:29 pm laguna are you a gamemaster if so fix the war game

Thursday, August 4, 2011 - 09:37 pm Matt, it is not the trade strats. Nothing changed in those so why would the corps all of a sudden not sell their products? Oil, software, and electronic components for example--all show unsold products in the corps but have a shortage of over 5.5B units. With such a huge shortage and without ever having problems selling previously, why now? My main's profit went 248B, 160B, 329B, and now 230B. What's stranger, is my main's profit has changed twice since I wrote this (329 and 230) but my CEO has stayed at -178B the whole time.

Thursday, August 4, 2011 - 11:26 pm Just saw the graphs on my enterprises and I only had a an abnormal drop on my enterprises. Yes, this bug happens from time to time. However, this time my corps were selling normally, thus explaining the absent huge spike in profits that normally follows. Also, I've noted regularly money problems in my enterprises for a month or more as well, despite they've been reporting steady profits for a long time. There is certainly a problem here. If W3C is able to locate it and calculate it, they would do well to compensate the players. No, Matt, this is not a sale strategy issue nor am I a Gamemaster.

Friday, August 5, 2011 - 12:43 am I'm having the same issues, empire wide, on all worlds

Friday, August 5, 2011 - 03:25 am Matt, you're incorrect. The point of an aggressive trade strategy is that you sell *more* product at a *higher* price, not that you sell *less* product at a higher price. If the CEO has recently adopted a new trade strat, they might see a drop in sales because no one buys the 130% priced goods, but after those goods have been in the market for a few months, they'll sell, and then the CEO will see continuous sales until they change strats. I wager that your problem, Zentrino, might have something to do with both your corporations buying supplies and fluctuating world market prices. Is your enterprise new? Newer enterprises tend to have less stable profits because their corporations spend more money on upgrades, and the cost of supplies and upgrades isn't covered by profits from stable, fully upgraded corporations. Or, it could just be a bug. Assuming it isn't a bug, I think this ^ is the most likely theory.

Friday, August 5, 2011 - 09:17 am I doubt that it is trade strategy causing these problems. 4 of my enterprises on 3 different worlds were all doing fine with the same trade strategy. Now, with the same strategy they are not and products remain unsold for so long they sell at a loss. I'm waiting for the GM to cut the BS and tell us why.

Friday, August 5, 2011 - 09:27 am It was a glitch. This happens almost with every update. ATM it appears my GR CEO tanked for a single month, but doubled profit the next month. It balances out. However, this was not the Case on LU. Profits did not double the next month. So I'm out a cool 4gc LOL!

Friday, August 5, 2011 - 02:39 pm What's this "profit" you are talking about and where does one find it?

Friday, August 5, 2011 - 09:12 pm nah I like my sell it all strat besides 300Q is max and price strat is the lowest one

Sunday, August 7, 2011 - 04:56 am Yeah. I was pulling money out of my CEO that was inactive for almost 60 days, now I can't seem stash any cash. It has been a few days. Maybe every 2 days I could pull at least 10T out. Nothing for almost 2 weeks now. This was only LU CEO though.

Sunday, August 26, 2012 - 05:53 pm The Lost Souls of dead simplayers are trying to reach us. They must want to warn us about some grave mishap of the near-future. O Spirits, please be clearer and get yourselves an account! This used to happen a lot in the past as well, but I reported it to the Gamemaster and it stopped. Don't know how or why this happens again, but you guys know what you have to do.
