Just had a crazy idea of implementing an INNOVATION METRIC into the system. What if we added a real value to the high tech engineer. What if a corporation was in need of 5k HTE, but given the INNOVATION option you could hire more, say 10k. What this would do in theory is to allow that country to have a greater output from its resources thus doing more with less. Your thoughts?
