Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Saturday, July 30, 2011 - 04:45 pm he rips you off how is beyond me |
Border C (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 02:11 am Damn... and he's on sale at WalMart today!!! Thought I was going to get a really good deal! |
Psycho_Honey | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 02:24 am LoL.... So how exactly did he rip you off. I understand you don't know exactly how but please let us know what prompted your entry. |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 05:36 am um he jacks with the shares with both his companies why does he let the 10% be 10%. I could not take with share buy so I tried bid. I wanted to buy it move it run it. Interesting enough for a short time the market value shoots up to the share price. basically the owner of the country made too many companies |
J. Skullz (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 05:56 am I don't understand. Were trying to take his corp., and he didn't let you? Or vice versa? 10% of what? What are you trying to say exactly? This is quite humorous! Please elaborate some more. |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 09:15 am I was going to buy a 10% hiring company and he did not like it I guess |
Accordion_This (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 09:27 am Did you bid, without asking, on one of his corporations that had 10% hiring? That's known as a hostile bid, and it's an act of economic warfare. If he wants to run corporations with 10% hiring, unfortunately, he has every right to. If they're in your country, it's entirely fair for you to ask him to move said corps out, but you definitely should ask first. If he refuses, give him a deadline, and then if he refuses to meet that deadline, it *may* be fair to bid/nationalise. |
Crafty (Little Upsilon) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 03:21 pm Bollox, if its Maestros just take the thing. He cant/wont do anything about it. Maestro should learn that there are other people trying to get along in this game. Why should Matt Patton pay for Maestros ignorance? You run 10% in my countries for no reason and you're out buddy. END OF. |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 06:25 pm yeah well when someone buys mine I just buy a cheap C3 replacement being they have to pay extra for it or share buy a replacement |
Psycho_Honey (Fearless Blue) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 08:19 pm Meastro is well known for running less than 100 hiring and production. Why he does this is beyond me. |
Quetzalcoatl (Fearless Blue) | Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 08:45 pm mabey he knows something about runing less than 100 hiring and production. Can it be for some it is more profitable. will look into this. |
SirSmokesAlot (Fearless Blue) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 03:03 am I got one question...Why don't any of you like Meastro? I've never really talked to him so I wouldn't know what he is like. But most of you are negitive towards him. Lets make this interesting. One word only...Answer why u dislike Meastro... |
Psycho_Honey | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 03:32 am CORNY ANNOYING BUTTHOLE
DICKHEAD!!!! all one word answers but let's just say I answered 4 times. |
Zhangliao (Little Upsilon) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 04:14 am Maestroo2000 is a good player in my own view.Through his strategies and playing style, he is a smart player. I am very positive with Maestroo2000 |
Lorelei | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 04:27 am Poor Maestro. I think he is just misunderstood. |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 07:00 am yes when you bid on him or share buy he is a CORNY ANNOYING BUTTHOLE DICKHEAD!!!! when it comes to moving he is definitely to lazy to do One option is to sell away the lesser stuff like electric comps, mil service and ind meds. then use the mass options on trade strat and such all of which don't make a simcountry profit or 1B a month on enterprise then just move the ones that get bad. moving helps and you can target so bear product and make a bunch of high dollar greens stuff close I forced serveral la shells to close 20% of the LA shells close down in a year once it hits bottom I guess I'll buy 5 million units maestro as like a dozen shell co yep I am going to run all the 1 tr shells to the ground and he messed up cause I was going to relocate the chems to a 2 la shell country and run the chems while also buy and scrap low dollar ones |
Crafty | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 07:53 pm IGNORANT (in all senses of the word) |
Maestro2000 (White Giant) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 07:59 pm Hello Matt Patton, You made a hostile bid for one of the companies I controlled. There was no warning message. The company was not in any of your countries. End of story. Regards, Maestro |
Psycho_Honey (Little Upsilon) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 08:00 pm I'm destroying his corps.... for Lulz of course. |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 10:41 pm what do you mean warning message? |
Crafty (Kebir Blue) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 11:42 pm Gotta make him right then Matt. Sorry Maestro, thought he could only be talking about in his country. A warning message is a courtesy message to the controller of any corp that you intend to take it over because you are unhappy with it being there and/or being run the way it is. Gives them a chance to remedy the corp. A year ago, hostile bidding like that would have got you your country invaded. |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Monday, August 1, 2011 - 11:57 pm thats finacially crazy but ok so next time send a message and a bid like this this chem is doing nothing where it is and you aren't doing anything about so I want to buy move and run at full prod |
Maestro2000 (Golden Rainbow) | Tuesday, August 2, 2011 - 12:18 am This was a CEO bidding on another CEO's corporation. |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Tuesday, August 2, 2011 - 12:25 am what is so bad about another enterprise buying your company. you get a bonus amount of money when they do. and you can just buy a cheaper one as a replacement or share buy one |
Maestro2000 (Golden Rainbow) | Tuesday, August 2, 2011 - 12:34 am @MattPatton Did you used to play this game under the name "Barren"? Next time buy one of my trillion valued ceo corps and I will have no problem. In fact I will roll out the red carpeting. maestro |
Matt Patton (Golden Rainbow) | Tuesday, August 2, 2011 - 04:35 am rofl HELL NO I always buy within the 100B add on |
Accordion_This (Little Upsilon) | Wednesday, August 3, 2011 - 05:13 am Sorry Matt, but you bid without asking. Regardless of your attitude towards Maestro, that's a hostile bid, and he has every right to bid back or debt-bomb you. Next time, send a quick message first. It won't destroy your country to wait 6 game-months for a reply. |
NiAi (Fearless Blue) | Wednesday, August 3, 2011 - 09:41 am Picking out once good corps that has yet to get a good value for hostile bidding.. thats a act of war indeed. If a player wants go RP commie style or whatever within their nation, sure go ahead and nationalize. But to try to expand ones own ceo at the expense of another active CEO is a big no no (if ones want have friends and not get gangbanged at warlevel 3). |
