I want to know who took over SC in the last three years. All that's been added to this game is city maps (boo), a new interface (which sucks), space trade (95% useless), war levels (totally levelled war), Selenium (w00t!...), and faster worlds. The only good thing (to me) is the faster worlds. What benefit has any of that other wasted crap brought? For some reason, we don't make as much SC$ any more, swag is gone because raids and wars are gone, and the player base is nowhere what it used to be.

So who the fuck has been running things and why do they still have a job?

Okay, so this is all a matter of opinion, but I hear it's therapeutic to air your frustration. Do you like any of the changes in the last couple of years, and if so, which ones? (to hear the opposite side of the coin)

BC--don't you think the changes have pared down the game to make it more manageable for the rest of us who are still here. no traffic jams, high taxes, fewer ass hats and probably fewer pesky paying players. just clip your coupons and watch the money roll in. and a universe at peace. a real utopian community. zzzzzzzzzzz. opps, sorry. i lost my concentration.

I for one dont like the space trading idea, It should be more about exploring and real world things like sending up communication sats, and spy sats, and yes even sending some space shuttles to a rock to see what is has to offer, but the way the space game is at right now, i tend to not play the space game, it does not even feel real to me.

There is no staying power here. This game has great potential. I think whoever is running it is obviously emotionally attached. That is why new leadership is always a good thing.
+2,3,4,5 for Quet.

Kidding aside.. this is the most confusing & unrealistic war game i have seen..compare it to the conquer club..since when can a country not attack with full means..such as nukes..tell that to Wen Jiabao of china.."no you can not attack american bases..only cities..get real!!!

I just a NOOB but have played many different war strategy games. I love the concept of having a military to protect your economy and society rather than most games which only have an economy so as to fund the military.

That said i have a severe doctor shortage and I need nurses too. I have doctor training set to 30/120 if i made it 90 would I get 3 times as many new doctors each month?

nope tokealot it takes a real understanding of advanced calculus to understand education priorities. This game isn't for dummies such as myself.

I know people that study math at post grad level and teech math to other post grads they can usually explain concepts that normal people understand. I am surprised you call yourself a dummy you have been playing this game for a while.

What is the highest reccomened educational priority? I thought 25% or 30/120 wouldnt be too high but the auto kept reseting it. I finally figured out how to stop that, had to disable several of the automatic features

the highest recommends would be 99 if you need them that badly.

The number you would like to use really depends on the situation of other groups of professionals.

The clearest and easiest route to solve your problems will be a worker exchange. Education Priorities will only sort this out over time. Which if you need the professionals now, you don't have.

Math makes my brain hurtz, which is why I won't bother explaining how the education priorities work simply because I don't know either....

Maybe some mathemafackers in here wanna give it a go, but I'm not one of them :)

I'm maximizing a bounded multivariable function, I'm doing it, I'm it doing!! Yay! Thank God for Lagrange.

L = f(x,y) - lg

L/x = 0

bla bla bla

But with all honesty, I have to say Wikipedia is the best MMORPG I've ever played. Those players never lose character.

And the less populated the world, the less
regulated. Anti-vandal bots and a large number
of players have yet to reach these areas of the
game, letting one play a game of Classic
Wikipedia in 2011. The 'Classical Latin Wikipedia,'
server, for example, rejects the Julian Calendar
and the Gregorian, using a modified version of the
latter which they call Ante Christum / Anus
Domini.

Does my parcial derivate operator looks like a pilcrow to anyone else on Firefox? And the lambda a 1?

You're going to add more symbols to the font so that we can properly do multivariate calculus on the forums? At last!

d/dt normally suffices LG. Theres a sort of integral operator (sum S) available.

And lol Jojo, just what we need...

d/dt is a total derivate. Langrage's multiplier method uses parcial derivates, so the d is bended.

We all know there's nothing more fun than maths! They should just make the forum accept LaTeX.

By the way LG, its par'T'ial in English. Sorry, not being pernickety, just trying to help.

If we are to have LaTeX, we will need a virtual rubber ;)
