J. Skullz (Little Upsilon) | Friday, June 17, 2011 - 12:32 am What am I missing here? I've got my welfare index at 132, my migration index is 66, and yet only 16 people emigrated to my country. Is there another factor that I'm not seeing? Or, did I waste all my time and my countries money on getting all of my indexes up that high? |
Open Sesame (Little Upsilon) | Saturday, June 18, 2011 - 10:34 pm It depends on: Migration index. Migration index relative to neighbours. Country's current population. You should have about 8000 coming into your country monthly if your population is below 50M and you're surrounded by C3s. If your population is above 50M, then 16 immigrant per month is normal. |
