Maestro2000 (Fearless Blue) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 03:27 pm Question: What other strategy game in the market has this feature, buying/selling of population? |
WildEyes (Fearless Blue) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 03:52 pm Why do you ask? |
NiAi (Fearless Blue) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 05:06 pm You mean like strategy/war online browser games? Can name a few. But is the reason behind such a question? |
Maestro2000 (Kebir Blue) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 07:50 pm Can I be curious? I don't recall playing a strategy game where you can buy population. |
WildEyes (Little Upsilon) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 07:56 pm Well most of us use in game money to do that, so I'm not exactly sure what your thinking is sorry. Maybe you can go play Dub's game *which will probably never get done completely* Considering SCWN was down about 70% of the time lol..IDK other games. But I'm sure you and Dub would make best of friends. |
Maestro2000 (Kebir Blue) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 08:04 pm Buying population accelerates the development of your country. What other games out there do the same thing. I joined Dub's site ages ago. Never used it. |
Blueserpent (Golden Rainbow) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 09:11 pm Its a population based game, It wouldnt make sense to trade population? |
Maestro2000 (Golden Rainbow) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 11:10 pm So could someone name another game where population is traded? |
Maestro2000 (Little Upsilon) | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 11:22 pm How many people signed up for this game with the intention of buying and selling population? |
NiAi | Friday, May 6, 2011 - 11:56 pm Stargate Wars, old browser game. Players can trade population units. Buying or selling pops is one of the semi-new things to SC i find interesting. But with the introduction of GC its seems wise. GM has been sure to make selling nation suffer. |
Crafty (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, May 7, 2011 - 12:04 am "Hyperium" has methods of transferring population, like here at a set rate, and it can have a detrimental effect on your economy. |
Maestro2000 (Fearless Blue) | Saturday, May 7, 2011 - 12:26 am Thanks |
