Hi, Tommi. Some suggestions.
I am an affiliate marketer with maybe 20 or more sites. I do ok with some, and pathetic with others.
A trend I have discovered is that I do so well with sites that have rich resource materials. Like banners, Rolling Banners, HTML Pages, Landing Pages, Emailers for Email campaigns, Articles, Overviews and Game Snap shots. Talks with the owners. Articles on Game News and a 'Discussion with the Owners' or a Gamemaster Newsletter, ETC. Videos featuring overviews and small animations, that link to the affiliate/code at the end.
The more tools you put in our hands the more creative we csn be at drawing in a new audience.
Also, we need to add a resource bank that will produce html for affiliate resources with our promo code already embedded. That link need to go into the page on the SC portal for affiliate marketing, so I can use those resources from there. I don't like having to go into my email to dig for the very narrow range of resources in that email. Just 3 kinds of links.
What I will do is,go through the site, and take images I think will be kewl to add as banners, or with permission create some of my own and forward them to yous in an email to approve for everyone to use.
