Tom, if a country is involved in a war with a c3 you can no longer declare war on a president?
I've been getting that error all morning.
Same way vice versa, if I dec on a player country, I cannot dec on the neighboring c3.
This wasn't announced so I assume it is an error? |

Hi Wendy,
Yes I had that too on Wednesday - I ended up deccing with a different country just to get things going in time for the weekend.
The limit is 4 wars with C3s - you can dec on players if you've got 4 C3 wars going, but not with 5. |
