SuperSoldierRCP (Little Upsilon) | Friday, April 23, 2010 - 06:59 am the past week ive been converting workers as i desperately need them. As i do each month either they disappear all together and are removed or the revert back to there old occupation anyone else had this issue? |
Jo Salkilld (White Giant) | Friday, April 23, 2010 - 01:32 pm Yes, we all do. Some things to remember: The higher your education index, the fewer workers you will have and the more professionals. If you set your education priority total below 120, you will generate more LLWs as fewer of them get educated to professionals. That doesn't help with MLWs or HLWs though. Be careful what you convert down. For example, if you convert nurses into HLWs, some of them will disappear the following month, as nurses have an age-range of 21+ whereas HLWs start at 24. All the nurses you converted between the ages of 21 and 24 will therefore revert to LLWs. Hope that helps! Hugs and respect Jo |

SuperSoldierRCP (Little Upsilon) | Friday, April 23, 2010 - 07:41 pm see thats the thing even my llw dont get them there just dissappering and im short almost 400K in workers so its making me a bit mad |
Jo Salkilld (White Giant) | Friday, April 23, 2010 - 09:32 pm If you are buying weapons, they will eat up your LLWs. Weapons take soldiers (LLWs) and Officers (MLMs) to staff them ... Also check that you don't have auto-building of corporations switched on and if you do, switch it off. If you have shortages across the board, you have too many corps, so close down the unprofitable ones. Hugs and respect Jo |
