Now that W3 has introduced the peaceful game levels, would they consider implimenting peaceful and war modes for whole empires (assuming secure mains are still kept for the time being)? Even in the small-scale upgrades I have started on, 250Q has shown itself to be stupendously expensive. However, anticipating that introducing quality will also mean we need less weapons, and therefore self-arming now seems viable. While you save money on the country end, your weapon and ammo corps suffer here... so i don't think this creates an imbalance, per-say... other than the fact that large CEOs are able to absorb expenses better than countries, as are their corporations.
