Saturday, January 2, 2010 - 10:07 am  Queen of Battle took three of my countries in the GREF WAR, even though I have asked her/him several times not to. I am not interested in war, bought these countries with real money and only want economical challenges. Nevertheless she/he continued. My defenses were nihil, so it wasn't a challenge as well. This ruins the game for me so I quit. Goodbye to all. Dorothy (Oz, Wonka, New Southland, Annetijn & Frisia). "Well, I see you have taken another of my bought countries. I guess that's it for me. I will give up my account and report to simcountry that you are the reason they lost a paying customer after just three months. I hope you are happy that you ruined someone else's fun. At least I can go back spent more time with my wife and kids, I will thank you for that. Have a nice real life, in which I hope you are not as selfish, ignorant and unpolite as online."

If you managed to pay for this group of >>c3s<< while in an 'economic' federation you have been taken, for less than a trillion simbucks you could take up to three c3s in no time and have them grow to the petty 2 trillion in cahs they had in them. I know becuase I've done it. SimCountry now offers from what I understand, the option to play only the economic side of the game. Sorry you didn't choose that option. Furthermore, I am a real person. You are in my opinion a fake account made by one of your fedmates to support his/her empire. If you were in fact 'real' you would know that I am a woman. A mother of three, and scertainly not a dude. You would have scoped this forum once or twice, maybe even your fed forum, where i hear I am a topic of interest as of late and figured out that I am a woman. I asked you in PM to apologize, you refused, and called me a dude again. And again on the forum today. I agree, the comment was cute, but there would be consequences. You could have above all this resigned your current federation, to avoid any countries being taken in the first place. Sorry if I ruined whoever's hypothetical personality, and now you'll have to work in this game the hard way like the rest of us. Report what you must, war is a part of this game. You are in an aggressive fedration and are offering air support. You could have left and should have when asked to do so. This a warning of a new dawn in simcountry, mulit accounts are not safe any longer. There are many and yes, we know who you are. I personally don't care who is or isn't a multi, i am more concerned with an apology for being called a dude. I am woman, I am proud, and I don't have to be a man to declare a war. What started out as a simple open letter from a new member who had their countries stolen from them, has turned into some type of twisted, inappropriate conversation about gender. While I understand that these forums are part of a game, and the game is meant to be fun, making fun a new member who lost their countries AFTER a war is considered over, was, and is, NOT funny. And quite frankly, who cares about somebody's gender?? And what does gender have to do with a total lack of conscience or class in taking a noob's countries that were never part of the war to begin with?? I am a noob as well, but If I am defeated in a war the last thing I am going to do is complain about having my ass handed to me. to me if your federation is part of a war then you are a legitimate target. like in real life If someone attacks nato and whipped germany , france and britains asses then denmark and other smaller members are under no illusions about being legitimate targets. in a war size is irrelevent in alliance warfare read your history books. if he/she did not want to be attacked or was not ready for war then don't sign the war treay and stay out. but as I said I know nothing of the backround of this war as I am only playing LU right now

And believe it or not, I do understand the Fazi situation....it is very much like the Dorothy situation...unfortunately, that was another one of Aqua's f*** up's that I personally had nothing to do with. But I do feel bad for Fazi as well. If I remember correctly, Fazi's decs were auto; if I were still in GREF, I would offer compensation to him/her (not being disrespectful...I don't know the gender of Fazi). As a TGC member, I did offer Dorothy compensation for his/her loss. It was not accepted, and that's fine.....at least I offered. TGC and GREF remain very close, and we intend on keeping it that way.

I am a founding TGC member, and IF I am being threatened, it IS a TGC matter. John never clarified if I was mistaken in assuming that this was truly a threat, or if I was correct in my summation. So, you see, being a founding member of TGC, I do have the right to invoke the name of my own fed anytime I wish, though I have to be respectful to the other three founding members. And you're right, that's part of the fringe benefits of being in a powerful federation; you do have back up if needed. I have no desire nor need to keep up a strained conversation with you either Wendy. I don't need you for anything, and I'm certainly not worried about you attacking me either.

I made the statement in general terms concerning what I consider happens when we play war games. Very simply some players lose and some win. The player who wins now oftens ends up losing sometime later in the game. It has it's ups and downs. You are trully a legend in your own mind. I am, however, going to stop now; the three of you bore me and so do your opinions. After all, this is a game, and it was fun sparring verbally with the three of you for a while. HOWEVER, What was done to Dorothy is still wrong, no if's, and's, or but's about it; just because I had some fun at UC's expense doesn't take away from the seriousness of 'veteran players' running new players off from the game for whatever twisted reasons it was done.

Joining a Fed gives a new player a place to learn, but it also means that you give a portion of your sovereignty to the Fed leadership and you must trust them to look out for you in international diplomacy. I personally believe that Wendy's request that not involved GREF members to take down their air wings was appropriate. Otherwise, they do participate in in the war through the FED common defense. You simply cannot have it both ways. Maybe Dorothy, and others, only had a few wings up, but her FED leadership should have suggested that she take them down and sit on the side lines. It seems to me that perhaps Wendy may have shown restraint, but it also seems to me that Dorothy's FED leadership let her down a bit.

I did this because wendy, an old enemy of mine, is fun and has a good sense of humor. Somehow, the prevailing "personalities" in this game have turned this into somewhat of a gender issue, or a noob issue, or a robbery issue. Im confused as too which of these three(non)issues is the real issue. Perhaps there is no issue, other then the issues on GR. But I get back to my issue, and I will issue my issue in this way... On the issue of wendy's gender, I know wendy is a female, I implied she was male to bait her. She handled it well and apparently had no issue. On the issue of lagunas gender. I called laguna XX, I know him fairly well and assumed he would not be offended by that either. i dont know if he had an issue with that issue to be honest. Somehow if anything in this thread was offensive towards peoples gender issues, I will issue this apology. I apologize for all your issues. I have effectively and efficiently destroyed and weakened real countries with them. I have come a long way from misusing them. Can you recall how many bombs fell on Michaels country? I can... from me alone more than 25, how he spent coins on more than 20 million to stop the bleeding of poulation, and how he shed more than 60 million more after the bombs stopped? Can you recall how many nukes I landed on Aquas countries? More than 100 by my count, on more than 7 different countries. How many millions of population did that cost. Can you count how many interceptors and helicopters I have destroyed while using c3s? More than 400K? How much is that costing nowadays? Not bad for a bunch of crap c3s.Let us not forget how you financed all this at the same time. That I must say was VERY economic and generous of you. Dorothy was not chased from the game. It chose to leave becuase your federation failed to defend, counsel, inform, and so on about things that happens when idiots declare a war they aren't prepared to fully fight. Comon you could have done any number of things to stop me from taking anything of dorothy's. Sneak attacks, or direct declaration or anything else. Your options were limitless. I mean the way you talk, you CAN take a c3 correct? You took 30+, what was one more? No.... odds are that that is very well your own account and you let it fall to make me look like some kind of monster to the forum lookers. I also am of the group of thinkers who believes you to be the returning Quaxocal. Quite funny that you and Dorothy spout the same exact speech in pm that he did once I wanted to crack that arse the first time. Coincidence? I think not. After several days of NOT attacking any of their players lain daddy seems to have jumped the gun and declared one of my countries. Several members of GREF have abused the Security Council passing resolutions that will amount to only several inconvenient clicks for me and nothing more. Trademarc, Zeba, DirtRocker, and even that prime minister guy have setup several frivolous resolutions. It is a meaningless gesture and a slap in the face to those who need economic aid. I pity you all as council members. Now I was actually going to build a decent empire to fight with. But I am afraid I'll have to revert to what really works. A guerrilla style 'burn em down' tried and true technique. You all have turned from peace and beg for war. Your wish shall be granted.

| Friday, January 15, 2010 - 12:50 am IainDaddy is no longer part of GREF and all of his countries have been removed from the FED at IainDaddy's request...his actions are not condoned by GREF and we have tried to talk him out of this course of action for several days now, but he is fed up with this stalemate of a "War" you offer Wendy / Inanna...and wants some action...so all UC can thank you. Ironically, according to your statement...it is Ok and not hostel or aggressive when you dec on us, but it is not ok and is considered hostel and aggressive when someone decs on you. Seems like you are calling the kettle black. I repeat...we have no control over IainDaddy...I have tried to contain him...and now he refuses to listen to me or anybody else in the fed...and he is NO LONGER IN GREF.
