His only sin was he was a bit arrogant when it came to his econ...did you need to wipe him out and make him quit? Fair Play...well I'll let sc decide that. After that GREF turned our cheek and kept he faith that the UC would be cool with us and it has worked out well at various points. Then along comes John Fire...well we heard about your plans to take over Golden Rainbow (sign a non aggression pact with us, wipe out AF, then turn on us)...used PR to keep the balance of power out of your hands...refused to make deals with the AF to seal your fate...how's that for peaceful econ? Next up...nuclear aggression from John L...demanding a nuke free zone in LM, which is cool and all...except for you didn't care if anybody nukes us...we would have to use conventional weapons against anybody because...you were bored and looking to pick a fight with somebody or some noob...don't pretend you were hiding behind a peaceful non nuke policy. John L has a history of back stabbing his own Fed...So what happened with the AF when you set them up john...hmmmmmmm...nice guy!?! He disrupted the peace process during the Agency / AF...?...UC War and proceed to set up the same scenario as he did when he set up the AF and ran to the UC. If he had his way Dirt & Gunner would have been wiped out...as members of the AF were wiped out the time before. GREF has no intention of letting him continue this behavior pattern. And lastly...we also heard recently of UC's (Dizzy / Crossdale) plans to take over Golden Rainbow once again...so how many times must we be pushed around before you get the BIG STICK!!! Operation BIG STICK continues...BTW...I have been protecting many of the UC guys from war dec...its mostly directed at John.

I admit I did demand a nuke free zone in LM. Honestly at the time I was bored and I was trying to stir up some manure. I really expected someone to stand up and tell me "Who in heck are you to be making demands." But noone stood up and said "Boo" Backstabbing my own federation! That is so far off from the truth it's not even in the same ballpark. I did everything I could to get rid of the AF chairman who considered every trash and vulgar words he had learned as appropriate for these forum and in game messages. Just recall every trash word you know, count them and then double. He war using all of them at the time. After I asked him and then warned him to stop the vulgarity he just kept on. Now just face up to the fact. As Chairman of United Confederation, when members of The Agency composed of UC renegades attacked Daconia I tried to convince them to stop the aggression. Just recently when I informed you that your members had declared against me without provocation your answer was something along the line, It looks like war. YOU DID NOTHING TO Stop this war. I do regret saying peaceful members of your federation complex are no longer safe. They are still safe from me and members of UC. Sorry I can't include you in that statement. I am sure some old AF guys will claim otherwise about the backstabbing though. Well some in the fed were pretty bent outa shape over the nuke free zone thing and we saw it as you just described it...an aggressive action...but...I took care of it and kept the peace...you never bothered to even ask us. Guess the UC was just used to doing as they pleased regardless of what the other feds on GR thought. No...we are going to be vigilant about our defense hence forth...while maintaining our Econ Base and continue to train young members in the art of Economics and War...sign of the changing times. All due respect Z, with statements like that, you contradict your own principles of helping young members much less training them. From an economic standpoint, you guys have already lost the war and your principles on defence are not of sound mind. Tell me why you would have Michael buy tens of millions of population to offset nuclear attacks, rahter than nuclear defense batteries. And supply units to install and replenish them. I mean i see he has some new large supply units, but most of his corporations are now destroyed. Those aren't very good economic or war practices. The sign of the times that is changing is that it is no longer safe for young members to join GREF. Anyone who is in disbelief can ask the person who started this war what happened to his LU empire. Aqua!? "Taste the PAINBOW" you've gone too far this time,Inanna is on a RAMPAGE. Being a GREF member without WP is going to be counter productive for some time to come. You guys need to go back to the drawing board. At the rate im going, I conservatively estimate that I will not run out of nukes for another 3 months real time. If you want to play this game by building a strong economy, with health care , education, public services you have to endure a lot of tedium. The developers have done little to reduce this tedium, merely pursued projects with "pizazz" such a space stations and "solid fuel". Inevitably some persons will choose other means to enjoy this game such as being destroyers (Wendy) and Meglomaniacs (John L). I believe these kinds of activities are destructive to the game itself, as they drive away players who just want to log on and have fun. It's admirable that players like Zeba take actions to try and save the game, but this effort will be ineffective unless the developers take a hard look at what they want this game to be, in consultation with the security council.

I enjoy running a twenty country, PROFITABLE empire on LU that was more than 160 TRIL in debt. Providing a place for CEO's to land all while absorbing rediculous govt costs. I am always ready to fight, and much more willing to throw it on the line for friends. You guys think the name of this game get gc rich and seel your coins on MSN. Well when you attack players you open yourself to a part of the game I DO enjoy more than endless clicking, the war game.

I had a vague idea what it meant but since I already misspelled one word above I wanted to make sure I knew the exact meaning of megalomaniac. Here is the dictionary defenition: "a mania for great or grandiose performance". By the way, You misspelled it. Now that I think about it, I have to agree with you. I do like the ideas that I like to sound big and important and I also have a tendency to embelish a lot of my game playing activities. What fun is it to spend hours managing an imaginary country. I find the game extremely boring without controversy and discussion. As Wendy stated I did not start this war. Aqua Rainbow (My friend from the early days of Allied Forces) declared on me. At first I assumed he was leaving the game and he wanted some last minute fun. But now I see he has been influenced by evil forces in the GREF Federation Complex. So Joe, You want to spend your days accumulating vast Sim Cash so you can convert to RL money. There are probably thousands of ways to earn money that are more efficient than playing this game. If you had been you would of cringed at the vocabulary he use in these forum. Wendy's abreviation is mild in comparison. Give Wendy credit. Her action in the current war is not "prey on a weak noob". She is getting involved by standing up against unprovoked aggression by a veteran player and his ratpack. Your action in this affair is that of the leader who washes his hands clean and does nothing. Let me recount of a previous incident involving Aqua Rainbow while he was in Allied Forces. Allied Forces had been in multitudes of conflict with Matt and Yankee. Eventually peace was negotiated and an agreement reached and peace restored. Aqua on his own with no knowledge of the AF leadership declared on either Matt or Yankee. I was chairman of AF at the time. Do you know what I did? I'll tell you. I had him evicted from AF. I appreciate the compliment :-) Although there is a lot of propoganda and dirty laundry flying around everywhere i would just like to point out that GREF has helped more players establish themselves than any other fed, for at least the year that i have been back in the game, and probably even in the time i played prior to that, which was a 5 year period. Wendy, i know you are also another player that i have always noticed is helpful to new players. The fundamental problem with the game right now is a lack of new players coming in, and even less of them sticking around, feds such as GREF, and the UC in its earlier days have been good at fighting the real battle, retaining and recruiting new players to keep the game successful, and indeed enjoyable.

Minimal for all this entertainment. I have some of the original nations that have survived my earliest days of getting my butt whipped. I have some of the same nations that have been leveled through nuclear bombs. This game is unrivaled anywhere. This is the part that makes people stay. When they get jumped on and get their countries taken, they often cannot withstand the urge to come back and get revenge. It is fun to be peaceful. And more fun to war. I remember when I was afraid to jump that hurdle. My empire has drowned in debt, and risen top profitable heights. Anyone who has financed an empire on anything other than level awards and common sense that leads to profitablility, is in my opinion, not the smartest person in the world. Whatever is gained here is easy to lose. Whatever you lose can easily be recovered. The only plus is learning the lessons along the way that heighten your game. My path.... Maximum PAIN.... LoLs have fun.

| Wednesday, November 25, 2009 - 01:27 am A History Lesson The story goes back to the beginning of GREF. GREF once a small Fed filled with young SC noobs completely unfamiliar with war banned together to exchange ideas on how to maximize profitability in their countries and CEO's. Our then chairman Quaxocal, Q, was some kind of number crunching genius and made level 7 in 3 RL months (back when Level 7 was the pinnacle), unfortunately he was somewhat arrogant and didn't know when to exclude his opinion from forum debates. Long and short...he was constantly being harassed by people from the UC like Innana herself. GREF used our good nature and PR to keep the peace. Q eventually dropped the ball and came out of War Protection and was completely destroyed by the UC. We got over it and wiped the slate clean...as there beef was with Q and not us. Along comes a man by the name of John Fire...a UC vet that returned to the game that really liked to war. GREF had become considerably larger by then, but still very peaceful in nature. We had trained many SC noobs on the art of Econ, empires had grown, new noobs were learning from the old, and all had a good time sharing knowledge along the way. Rumors started coming in that John Fire was convincing UC members that GREF was a growing threat and that we needed to be eliminated before we got any bigger. Rumor became fact as we traced the sources back to the originators within the UC. At this point I became Chairman of GREF. Specifically the plan was for the UC to convince GREF that it was in our interest to sign a Non Aggression Pact(NAP) with the UC. We were 1 of 3 large feds on GR (AF and the UC being the others). The AF and the UC had a long standing history of warring each other. After we signed the deal...the UC would then attach the AF (unbeknownst to us) and we would be forced to stand by and watch. The war would then turn on us after the AF had been defeated...or at least this was their plan. We also had close relations with the AF and almost merged with them at one point...we peacefully declined and thought it was best to maintain the 3 party system as a counter balance of power between the 2 war feds. GREF has always flown the banner for peace and if we had wanted war we would have sided with 1 fed or the other long ago...each side has always attempted to either influence or coerce us into joining them against the other. Through my chats with Nute Gunray, the then great leader of the UC and a real stand up guy...we came to an arrangement that avoided us needing to sign the NAP and avoid being attacked by the UC for not signing the NAP. This movement ultimately kept the peace on GR for a long time. But John Fire also got disenfranchised by the game changes and quit which helped ease the tensions. The recent events that lead up to this war were as I mentioned above: John's traitorous ways, his aggressive stance on nukes in LM, and specifically his handling of the Agency / AF-UC War. And then to top it off...Dizzy / Crossdale the self proclaimed real leader and god of the UC has been proactively and rather arrogantly recruiting war vets to come to GR in order to destroy GREF. I can't get into specifics but, it has been verified by at least 3 sources I trust completely. This history lesson will be followed up by an official statement from GREF in the next week detailing our Jus ad Bellum (Justice to War). I have no desire to see any of my fedmates nuked, nor do i have any desire to fight with you personally. However i will not leave GREF at gunpoint and if that means i must defend myself and others then i will do my best to do so, as im certain you would if the situation were reversed. I will be honest and say i'm appalled at some of 'our' conduct, and although it is not my responsibility i will offer my apologies for some of the comments etc that have been made in exceptionally poor taste. He has managed to trasnfer a huge amount of military assets from the cd countries. Almost over 200 trillion, he has wiggled enough to buy enough time to accomplish that much. While hes been busy dominating c3s, his demise is ever creeping on the horizon.... Because I dictate to you when you must fight, when you must defend and when you must spend money GC etc. You have singlehandedly demonstarated to your fed that you lack true economic and/or political skills. You would have and still will sacrifice your fedmates over your arrogance and your pride. Eager to oppress and dominate an otherwise weaker and/or unsuspecting opponent. You should have evaluated the situation without those terrible evil qualities blinding your better judgment. Now lets be clear, I have scanned your empires, I have scanned you fed and sub feds. I see how many assets you have. Why would I fight fire with fire? I am a tactician, a strategist. Flawless and perfect are my ways. Tried and true are my means to achieve my end. You wish to see mw fight. You have. I dominated Aqua's cd countries for a real week while fighting through your local fed air defense to do it. All that with 4 c3s. I flattened cd2 completely except for forts, becuase of Dirt putting up helos every two days once it was time for the final blow of fort killing, giving you time to come in for the save, which in that case you really saved him. Had the weapons market not been so drained, surely she would have fallen. What do I look like wasting my time and effort just to offer you any asset?? You guys chose to fight. You made a mistake and failed to correct it. Now I will choose how and when I will respond to that mistake. I am going to bring this situation to a head with you and me abe. I have seen how your large empire is falling from free wp. I see how you don't want to spend coins anymore. I see how fighting this fight has wearied you and your renegades. I have watched and observed your tactics for fighthing, I acknowledge you have ALOT of resources but you REALLY are not as good as you think; in fact i'm sure if I had my old empire you would be more than done by now I guess we would call you "well done". While noone is training Wendy she is still kicking you around, you can ask her yourself I have not till this day trained her in any form of war but since you want to be cocky, is that what you really want? Do you really want Wendy or anyone else becoming a greater challenge than you give them credit for now? On the strength of Dirt I will stay away from killing you until I am ready to take your empire. GREF is a large federation and cannot be dealt with on a individual basis, it will take team work to accomplish the removal of such a fed. He has disclosed to us that Aqua is losing his desire to fight...even for his own countries. I welcome the added challenge. Abe, I have not been 'formally trained by anyone. While I have gotten pointers here and there, I have learned through trial and error the ways of war here. The only thing saving you and alot of your federation, is that I lack patience to actually amass tons of ammo in a country for two real weeks. And the difference has been a lack of ammo. Not lack of skill. I don't know everything, but enough to conquer you, and that is a fact. I can only fit so much ammo into a c3 spending space lol.

I am sure i am in a very elite crowd that manages tofind enjoyment in losing. Losing something that you take time to build like John did (6 countries) isn't very fun. Nor is getting them gang banged by a group of misfits who can't respect the game. Large stocked country, or c3 makes no difference as far as conclusion is concerned. The game is not setup for conclusion unless by mutual agreement of both parties. This end cannot be achieved through the means we have available today. The war engine in its' current form is lacking. There is alot of things happening in the war game that the docs don't even bewgin to touch base on. So in this instance my c3 strategy is in fact advantageous on several fronts. I can dictate the manner and pace I shall attack. My force is light and mobile, therefore my battlefield strategy and execution can be modified rapidly to address any changes in battle conditions. I could lose 1000 c3s and never lose any sleep. Although c3s are weak in thoery, I have proven them worthy and capable of taking larger countries. I almost did it here with cd2, and did it on LU with several to three of aquas countries. (although I will say for a long time vet aqua has some of the poorest defenses i have ever encountered, which I can atttribute my success against him) Also when outnumbered, I don't have to worry about getting my war slaves ganged on by a bunch of blo hards with something to prove. This has happened before and will not happen again. You are the best Jo, I've heard so many great things about you. The WendyBots salute you, and look forward to combat

I can say it is stupid to get in my way per se, but other than that I think fighting is a very important part of this game; making corps all day long gets boring IMO. At the end of the day Jo Salkilld, do what you feel is important to you as an individual (values, principals) and I on the other hand will do and carry out what I believe is best. The big misconception here is people believe that 90% of this will be through physical combat, it will not be like this. I have done my background check on you and know a good amount of information about your skills and history so good luck on your new venture against us. As for mobility and dictating the pace - I have never found a well-set-up country to restrict any of those. In fact I would say it gives you a wider range of options. That will be interesting to test. You are right, Crossdale. We fight according to our principles. I may not have got involved, except that there is a balance that needs to be redressed, and that is that Wendy has involved GREF members who did not demonstrate any wish to fight. In my book it smacks of bullying to issue an ultimatum: leave your fed or be attacked. I am flattered that you took the trouble to check me out. If you have researched my history then you will know that I only fight those who show a desire to do so. I have no wish to spoil the game for those who do not. My reference was to your earlier comment: "I like Wendy though I consider her one of the boys becuase she gets along with us very well and she is not stupid like most chicks in this game" I didn't assume it was particularly directed at me, but if you generalise, you can expect a kickback from those about whom you have generalised I would also say that there is a lot more to this game than a simple choice between fighting or making corps all day long, but of course that depends on how you play. Moral highground is an individual issue and I have no interest in the "he said, she said" that has been going on for the last month between UC and GREF, or in how the war started. As I stated earlier - those involved are biased and those not involved have no knowledge of the facts. I wasn't there and so I don't presume to be able to pass judgement on which side (if any) has the 'moral highground'. I happen to find myself on the GREF side and I am here to enjoy the war aspect of the game against worthy and willing opponents. I suspect neither side will 'win', but even if an all-out victory was guaranteed to UC, it would not convince me to switch loyalties in the middle of a conflict. Thank you for the offer though. As far as your fedmate is concerned, quoting personal messages only comes down to "he said, she said" again. Maybe Abe did message him / her with threats. Maybe an innocent message was misconstrued. Alternatively, it could be pure fiction and propaganda. I have no way of verifying what anyone did or didn't say or mean in a PM. However, I do have direct experience of Wendy's ultimatum since she posted it publicly and unambiguously on this forum and I have seen her declarations against members of GREF who were previously not involved in the war. Had we been LDI, they proly would have taken all of your fed out without remorse, but only to teach a lesson. Abe and Aqua don't have the decency to leave and fight, why should anyone who supports them be exempt. To be honest, I noticed a freedom fighter country being declared on by Abes Country on AB. Do you think it is fair that he should declare with an offensive nation all while hiding under that local fed air support? I don't. I am of the thinking that if you have your interceptors and helos up when this began, you were caught off guard. If you have them up now, years later game time, you openly support your warring leaders. If i read your country page, and find that your interceptors are responding to my attacks on the principle combatant, why should I exempt you rom military action. I see three possible solutions (tobe fair of course, honestly, my hands are tied). First option would be to simply vote for new fed leadership, in which case we can limit our agression toward actual individuals. Your fed announced this as a GREF action not a personal action. We have asked your fed to do this, and they have ignored our request pointing to the obvious conclusion. Second option is to consider leaving yourfederation until this war is over. And it can be just that, until the war is over. Again, that proly isn't happening. Third you could always drop those wings you have rebuilding every month to back up your claims of 'i don't wanna fight', which seems too more than fair and reasonable. Of course it ian't happnin!! So you guys tie my hands declaring from another continent shielded by local air defense, while claiming peace for your participating members. To me that is unacceptable. What are your thoughts on this.

But the point isn't to give... ... it is to take. Give up what you owe. You guys stole some countries from John, you could have been reasonable and returned them upon some sort of condition. I unfortunately have been away from SC for the most part this past couple of month's and now with the holiday season ending coming january i will make another tour in SC. GREF knew what was coming, and they took the initiative to prevent UC from getting the advantage. The only reason you're crying about it is because they beat you to the punch and it left you reeling. There is very little "honour" in UC, though I have seen this one act of courage from a newb who knows no better. Players such as him will go on to thrive because they are dedicated and they are honest. But, to be frank, you chiming on about honour at all is as ironic as this farce can get. The reason you do not like GREF is because they contend with you for the position of top federation, and they do not bend over and take your sort of oppressive crap. It's as simple as that. You do a great job of whinging about how the world has done you wrong; about how unfair this war is; about how "unjust" those who do not dance to your tune are. Well it just doesn't wash. Not with me. Not with GREF. Not with the wider GR world. Nobody has to justify themselves to you, and it speaks volumes of your arrogant nature that you believe otherwise. All in all good job Homer, you did well. Thz Zeba for calling me a vet, but I am not. I just have some time in. When I am a vet, if you tick me off, I come wipe you out. That doesn't happen yet. Truth of the matter is I could have taken the country homer attacked me with if you didn't have 50K or more interceptors up the whole time. So, the plan comtinues kill the air defense first, then we will see about taking countries. I am not impressed at all. I took out 50K interceptors with a c3, and you arte lucky that i couldn;t get on in time to kill some more. There will be more fires for you, I promise. You lose in costs, I lose c3s. big whuup!!! Keep buying population, keep replacing corps, come to terms or this will cost you and your fed all those eCO- BUCKS!!!

| Friday, December 25, 2009 - 04:27 pm Merry X-mas all However if is my sad duty to inform the UC of John recent actions, which are antithetical to peace and disturbing since it is the holidays and all. Yesterday a particularly disturbing attack occurred on Christmas eve, as GREF was considering peace or at least a cease fire, but no John had to be the aggressor. John...deccing on me and nuking me are very odd ways to ask for a peace treaty. Couple days ago a UC noob decced on me, so I returned the favor and decced back. John decced on both the countries involved with this noob, so I decced back on John...knowing that this was all just positioning and that I had no intentions of taking the noobs countries. Meanwhile John and Aqua had come to an arrangement and I figured peace was on the horizon, but in this busy holiday time the GREF Council and members at large were busy, so conversation was slow developing. The noob dec got cleared up with a couple shots...and I backed down from the war with both of them. The favor was returned the next day by John deccing on me with a country he slyly changed names with in order to fool me into thinking he was deccing as usual with a far away country...instead of the country which was within drone and land bridge range. I attempted to come to a peaceful arrangement with John...I left the dec open and didn't fire...only to find upon my return that John had destroyed 10 cites and later nuked me. BTW...i asked him not to fire so that I could finish my x-mas gift that I was working on in my studio, which didn't happen because I had to defend my country...so John...are you happy that someone didn't get there x-mas gift today? So this is notice to all UC...you can thank John for this continued War. Despite Peace being on the horizon...he has decced on me several times, while I have backed off all wars with him, another vet, and the noob. He has fired on me, nuked me, and generally provoked GREF yet again (1 of the reasons this whole war started)...all in all John Hates Peace and wants the war to continue...is this what the UC wants...if not blame John for what happens hence forth.

He was a multi you see. Every one at the time avoided waking that Sleeping Giant. To rouse it was to sign your own death certificate. I dont know which country you are in Petra, But he in the USA it seems that there are three sizes of cups for coffee: Giant, Bigger Giant and Biggest Giant. I exaggerate of course. Most of the fast food coffee is not worth drinking. I prefer the one I make at home with my coffee maker.

I asked Matt about it myself and he told me he indeed did have multiple accounts which were played by other members of his family. After Matt was resported to the GM multiple times he was stripped of all but his Sleeping Giant federation. Honest, I make none of this up to appear more knowledgeble than others. Those here during Matt's reign will vouch that he was a great player and deserved a lot of respect even when he only had one account. I admit the game lost a lot when we lost him.

| Sunday, December 27, 2009 - 02:04 am It's not like it wasn't obvious. The accounts were all named Matt and the countries were very typical. Once the Security Council was introduced, Matt had 4 votes - 2 from the "best country", and another 2 from the "best CEO" -, which rendered him the ability to block any resolution brought forth by AF, although I don't remember this happening. Around the same time, incremental government costs related with the size of the empire were introduced. For these reasons, W3C forced Matt to merge his accounts or give him a kick in the behind. Independently, he should have had only one account all the time. Players usually accumulated accounts, because it was frequent for other players to sell their accounts when leaving. This is something that is yet to formalized. While Matt was merging his account, he dumped some countries, but he also sold some. I don't remember who bought them, I think Genie bought one or two. I think GREF's true color is green. It kinda sounds like green, doesn't it?

You play the part of politician very well, John; it is to be commended. Your lies, however, are transparent. Nobody is buying your propaganda. Well, except maybe Nix. But he's a special case. And he seems to be enjoying himself. So who can fault him? An honest player uses the truth as her weapons, and lets justice run its course. I'm sure UC will realise this, eventually, and figure out that plotting and scheming serves no useful purpose against an opponent which is resolved to do the right thing and defend its right to exist. You have brought this war upon yourself. The sooner you realise this and stop trying to play the martyr the sooner this war will be over and we can all rebuild. Of course, your clear desire to spread this war beyond the borders of UC and GREF could well bring it down upon the heads of GR as a whole. Truly, I do hope not.

I will also call for an immediate ceasefire by all UC combatants and ask non UC supporters of UC to cease hostilities. Should I fail to get the treaty ratified I will notify Zeba and will ask all UC combatants and non UC supporters to allow a continuation of the ceasefire for 72 hours after my notice to Zeba. When I get the treaty ratified, I will post notice that it has been ratified here in this forum and also notify Zeba. This action was made purely by mistake and only defensive in nature. Officer Uniqua expressed to me that she was upset at the loss of her closest friend, Officer Tyrone. I have reprimanded her in full and expect that GREF will acknowledge I have problems recieving messages in my main. All hostilities have ceased, all open declarations are now closed on my end, in observance of the cease fire called by John L. I have informed Officer Uniqua that i don't approve of her actions and further instances of insubordination will not be tolerated. We also, regret to inform you this country will not be returned through peaceful means. I hope you in GREF understand. I hope to see the peace treaty ratified, though I voted NO!!! LOL, cheers

| Wednesday, December 30, 2009 - 04:59 pm Zeba, Dorthy, GREF, and Ladies and Gentlemen of the Golden Rainbow community, Dorthy's loss is indeed sad and her plea tears at my heart. She indeed is an innocent casualty of this war which I have named the Aqua War. Dorthy in her grief hold noone to blame for her loss but Wendy. This is incorrect. The blame rest with the leadership of GREF for failing to end the war. They were indeed warned prior to the attack on Dorthy and had the opportunity to stop it prior. In retrospect we can all mourn the loss and suffering of those at Hiroshima and Nagasaki in real life. The true blame for the human suffering caused during war rest with the party that fails to negotiate it differences with it's opponent and resort to the use of it military might first and foremost. War can and does require strange and seamingly deplorable tactic as war is a very dangerous state of affair. What compensation Dorthy receives and who she receives it from is up to Abe (Zeba). If Wendy so choses she may even compensate Dorthy. The lessons to be learned from this war are many and should not be forgotten.
