I didn't pay my GC's to renew my subscription to one of the worlds about a week ago and I've just checked it out and over the past nine game months, nine perfectly good state corps have been closed down (one a month).
No subscription. No state corporation.
 That's put paid to my idea

If you're not getting the messages from the country how do you know a player isn't buying them and moving them?
Don't they wear wooden shoes where the GM comes from? Can't be all that sneaky!

Corporation Closed
Thu Jun 1, 2674 The corporation Conway Anti Aircraft Missiles in MOTHER NATURE CRYZ has been closed because the market value and utilization are too low and the corporation is making losses. 159737 employees were fired.
I check it out yesterday and this corp was fine. No debt, 39B in cash. There must be a system set up to mash up any countries on a world that you haven't renewed the subscription to after about 9 days.
