I still have received no response of any kind. I also asked... When will levels 8-10 be implemented? If it's not implemented, then why do you list the requirements for it, and why do I get this message? Congratulations. It seems like you meet the requirements for Game Level 8. You will move to Level 8 within several hours. The Simcountry community passed a vote about levels 8-10, which was never acknowledged. However the nonexistent index has been removed and I now exceed all of the requirements. With all due respect. The only part of level 8 that is not implemented, is the part where you pay us gold coins for it.  I have not received any response to those questions. I'm running out of patience. Maybe it wasn't clear enough. In the first poll I mentioned the nonexistent index which made it impossible to meet the requirements, and it has since been removed. However, I exceeded the requirements for level 8 and I got a message saying I would move to level 8 in a few hours. Well I'm still waiting and it's been over a week now. When I questioned the GM about it, all he said was levels 8-10 are not implemented yet. When I questioned it further I got no response. So this poll is asking the specific question, should levels 8-10 be implemented immediately. Honestly the only part that is not implemented yet is the part where they pay us gold coins for it. So please vote yes. If you want levels 8-10 implemented. Vote no. If you feel it is fair of the GM to falsely advertise levels that he won't let you achieve. Thanks MoP Tom. that is the second vote that passed on this subject. Just thought I would copy it before it got deleted like the last one.

| Friday, September 25, 2009 - 02:17 pm We promised an answer but it took some time to get into it. We have looked into the account and the situation around the game levels and the requirements: Game level 7 was reached on June 19 and 300 gold coins were added correctly. 10 gold coins per month, on July 19, August 19 and September 19 were not added to the account due to an error. We have now added 30 gold coins to the account for these two months. As to level 8: According to the documentation you need a development index at 75 for level 8. The development index is not implemented yet and level 8,9 and 10 ate currently impossible to reach. The message on the level window is wrong as it does not specify the requirement of the development index. This error will be fixed ASAP. When the development index is implemented, these game levels will become available.

| Friday, September 25, 2009 - 06:16 pm We have documented in the past that level 8 to 10 are not available. The development index depends on features that are not part of the game yet and will take longer to implement. It will take quite some time befor these levels are implemented. We do plan to change the level system when the game missions are introduced. The number of levels will increase to a large multiply of the current number. Existing levels will remain but they may be divided into smaller steps. Current levels will also be supplemented with many new levels that will depend on the completion of specific missions. We plan to add the missions ASAP but will implement the space stations product markets and space shuttles before.

That "advertised" very clearly, no need for the nonexistent development index, along with a message clearly stating "I meet the requirements". Would supersede what is buried in, the seriously outdated game docs. Now maybe this is all just a mistake on your part. However, you provide a service here. It is a very common practice in the service industry, that you have to pay for your mistakes. As I have stated before. I spent a considerable amount of time and gold coins, to achieve what was "advertised" , right on my country page. As an attainable level. Recognize also that not every problem presented to GM is necessarily a small issue. What if someone was informing GM of an exploit(cheat)? In that case one would be able to work their cheat for... (how long was it before you got a response Player?) So, GM should at least be aware immediately. What if someone was hacking accounts and canceling countries? We couldn't have THAT going on for a week. I'm not suggesting he jump on the forum to do it either, email is better, there's no reason for any of this stuff to be public.

If you don't like my thread you don't have to read it. @Solomon I understand that Tom has a lot of issues to deal with. He does a good job most of the time. However... Everyone needs to understand I have a very valid argument here and Toms excuse that it was an error sorry. Just doesn't cut it. I deserve to be compensated for my lost time and gold coins which were wasted due to their "error". I agree that most of the time these things should be handled privately. However, when the GM does not treat his customers fairly, then I feel that the community has a right to know. @Laguna I agree. They obviously have no intention on ever implementing them anyways. I'm not asking for level 8. I'm just asking that I be compensated in some way. Just throw me a Fu**ing bone Tom!!! I will post a detailed time line leading up to this, including only info valid to the real issue here. I have gotten off course in the heat of my argument.

Absolutely, I've ranted about this game being more professional more than one time. I think cleaning it up should come before any expansions. Leveling, documentation, war engine flaws etc first. I've given Tom a pretty hard time about it. -and not to minimize your problem but the bigger problem here is the GM even being aware that there was a problem for the period you experienced. I also agree with you in that you believe we have a right to know, that's your choice. My issue is when you were FORCED to take it here and yell it from the roof tops because of no response to emails. It should have remained your choice. We do give Tom a hard time, but it's for the good.

You haven't gained anything this is true, but what have you really lost? Nothing, Drop it already. Until you really lose something, it is pretty naive to think they are going to drop everything they are doing just to add something that cant be done in time responsibly to satisfy you. Try a bit more patience, or level down until they put in the new levels.

However, I don't think you realize how much it costs to keep an empire this size going. I constantly have to buy population for all 10 of my countries because they are all over 100M. Not to mention the cost to defend countries this large. Also I spent considerable time and gold coins to make it this large to meet the requirements posted on my country page. It's also about how Tom just brushes off the mistakes they make, regardless of the consequences it has on players like you and me. Once I post the timeline It will be clearer. I do understand that investment was necessary to acheive such a level. Yes, I too, have had 1 (ONLY 1) 100 mil pop country and it was a nightmare. Adding three mil pop every real day, often more like 4 to 5, and you are on WG, I was on LU. What I have noticed about this game; yes I do notice 'some' things, is that when you tend to get too greedy it is certainly very likely that it will backfire. Like the pop thing with 100 mil countries. Chasing active players goods. The list goes on. Congrats on reaching what you beleive to be L8. But you proly should have known it was chasing the wind. Sorry you had to find out the hard way.
