BorderC | Friday, September 11, 2009 - 03:55 pm Sounds cool. This should be an interesting upgrade, I think. |
Aqua Rainbow II (Golden Rainbow) | Friday, September 11, 2009 - 04:45 pm It looks like this game is finally improving and going in the right direction. Looking forward to owning one of the space stations |
Split (White Giant) | Friday, September 11, 2009 - 05:12 pm I wonder if we will have to pay 30 GC/month for that station. I am also curious if there is going to be global prizes for a global empire now(all worlds combined + space thingy). What about time differences? Worlds dont run at the same time, some have faster months than others. Would that not dereg everything? For example, producing Nukes takes less time in a faster world, so you could trades billions of those from that world into another(imagine FB). Economically speaking, for other products, that would be wild and could dereg all the other worlds, basically exporting from a faster producing world to a slower one. Just throwing some ideas out, dont want to speculate too much on things that are still unknown.. But great idea, it looks interesting. |
The Goldern Khan (Fearless Blue) | Friday, September 11, 2009 - 05:30 pm Space trading..... surely to be realistic its gonna be expensive!! The cost of moving a thousand tanks via space is gonna cost. Limited space station space could prove interesting.... everyone having their own station would be missing a chance to get some good competing going. |
Zodiac Empress (Little Upsilon) | Friday, September 11, 2009 - 07:59 pm This seems like a step backwards, to be honest. Ultimately, with all the worlds interacting, it'll be like having one big world - running at different speeds. It'll wreak havok with the economies. |
Solomon Grundy (Fearless Blue) | Saturday, September 12, 2009 - 01:49 pm It all depends how they work it, It wont be too bad if you have to build the infrastructure to transport and that can be destroyed. Intergalactic warfare lol

Laguna | Saturday, September 12, 2009 - 11:23 pm I would regard it as a 6th world, of same concept in different terms. Independently, I would deem it better, if it were a separate game of Simcountry. |
Claws (Golden Rainbow) | Sunday, September 13, 2009 - 02:53 pm too bad they didn't do this before I dismantled so much of my empire. The combination of yankee's GR and my WG empires would have been awesome. |
Laguna | Sunday, September 13, 2009 - 03:18 pm Just remembered something. Silly internauts, the age of discovery is for iberians! French, dutch and english ships will be killed on sight; north, central and south americans will be given fair representation based on high taxation; careful negotiations signed with the far east. I'll make good colonization of Australia. |
Kali Rivers | Sunday, September 13, 2009 - 11:57 pm What about New Zealand thou? The Spanish got their bums handed to them on a plate when they visited that place |
Alarich (Little Upsilon) | Monday, September 14, 2009 - 07:04 am it seems to be a great idea, i think distances will play a roll on this |
Laguna | Tuesday, September 15, 2009 - 10:00 pm I'm good with Australia. |
Factanonverba (Fearless Blue) | Tuesday, September 22, 2009 - 07:38 am its going to be bad, over stock and unsold goods are going to be dumped on other planets for a very cheep price. this could be very bad for everyones economy and profits. |
Tyr | Friday, September 25, 2009 - 06:00 pm I see space trading is starting to take shape. Goods can be found in various space station.... |
