Realfriel, on the SC portal page, click 'Gold Coins' then 'Gold Coin Transactions' and 'money transactions' and there may be some info, like the transaction status, that sheds a little light on what has happened.

Yeah. Other than the 400 strains of VD and the girls with a little(or not so little)surprise under their skirts, it's great. lol

Fortunately I may be able to shed light on this issue. I had the same issue with EarthLink ISP.

My card info was not an exact match word for word as my EarthLink Account. It was joint account. I used my personal CC to pay for initial service charges. Since the info didn't match to the T. EarthLink was not realeased payment. My card service placed a hold on the funds I requested for EarthLink. When they didn't actually recieve the funds, they interruptedone my service. Which resulted in me trying to pay them a second time while unaware of the current hold. So I ended up with duplicate charges for the same account. As I had never used that CC for EarthLink b4, the anti fraud protection kicked in on the second try, to "investigate" a suspicious transaction. (Which is fancy BS for "We'll give you three days to call us and say you lost your card. Hope your account doesn't screw itself with auto debit while we freeze all your funds over 20$) Now everything froze. All my funds were placed on hold until the CC verified the purchase over the phone.

This probably what you are experiencing. I would advise you to call or look at your CC transactions online if possible and see that the charges are actually holds. Manually authorize the first purchase and ask your cardservice to unauthorize the duplicate attempts. They ,may tell you it will take up to thirty days for the funds to become available from the other three holds.

If you get it sorted out, I recommend using a prepaid CC for online purchases, and gaming, to avoid such problems in the future. Adding funds to a paypal account would be ideal as well if you don't wish to use prepaid. They usually get over with a monthly maintenance fee 5 - 10 bucks depending which you use. Should you need that pending 75$ and overdraft, the CC company may choose to rape you for the money you think you get back with overdraft fees or some other BS solely at theor own discretion.

Hope that helps.
