Johanas Bilderburg (Little Upsilon) | Tuesday, March 10, 2009 - 04:14 pm Quote:We are publishing our work list from time to time. The list includes some items that are under development or planned. The list can change with some issues falling back and new ones added. It is our intention however to complete all the items on the list. The page does not include many corrections and improvements to the game model. These are rarely reported. The work list on January 29, 2009: 1.Further development of the free market in Simcountry (The cash market) with more assets, trading in corporations and free trading of game money, direct exchange and market driven exchange rates. 2. Developmet of many small features, basd on voting by players, these include new functions and corrections or extensions of existing ones. 3.Completion of several war engine features. They include training of military units and weapon quality features. 4. Improvement in corporations with more features, energy consumption choices and new products. 5. Improvement to many game pages that will include more data and will be easier to use. These changes will be ongoing and will not be announced. The changes have no material consequences and are easily recognized and used. 6. Further reductions in numbers of weapons to more realistic proportions. The reductions have already started. These changes are not always understood but they do not change the military power of countries and they do not cause any financial damage to the countries. These changes will continue until armies become much smaller and the number of weapons per military base are normalized. 7. Country and world blogs will replace the country newspaper and the world newspaper. 8. Introduction of natural resources as a game asset traded on the market. Concessions for mining of various materials, including oil and Gas will be treated as game assets. Natural resources will be available in some countries more than in others. Countries will be able to start corporations producing some materials only if the country has the natural resource and the corporation has a concession for winning the resource. 9. Introduction of a more types of disasters, more disaster management resources and participation of countries in disaster relief using their emergency resources.
I look forward to "gaining concessions" probably at gunpoint. |
