To make it easier it does combine several of your loans to give the person what they want. See if it adds up. to the total loans you put in

What I was saying in my original post, however, was that loans waiting to be given bore no resemblance to what I had entered. It was a one-time deal... hasn't happened again... so who knows, maybe my dog offered some loans when I was afk.
