Gandolf The White (Kebir Blue) | Friday, February 20, 2009 - 02:10 am GAMEMASTERS! ! ! WOULD YOU PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT HIGH LEVEL WORKERS!I'm tired as crap of having to every month make max changes only to come back the next month and see that that they are GONE!!! This has gone on for what seems like forever. The only answer we ever get is how those countries with high education indexes train them up. So you are telling us that you can't have a high education index ( something that is needed to level up ) and have stable worker levels? Bull sh@#$# ! DO SOMETHING !! |
Stalin716 (Kebir Blue) | Friday, February 20, 2009 - 02:26 am My countries do not have a high education level and the HLWs' disappear even though I'm building no corps, doing no building of schools , hospitals, etc So how does my LLWs' go up while all my other worker class numbers fall? Also, my over all population is going down by 120000 due to more deaths than births So whats going on? I defer to the knowledge of the vets here that this problem has been going on for quite a while. I only been playing SC for 3 months but I thought I found a game I could really get into and play for years. Its disheartening to discover there is a problem thats been ongoing for months and the people running the game seem to be in some form of denial. Its almost as if they have determined that if they wait long enough all the players complaining about the problem will go away and the problem will never need to be resolved. Am I misreading the situation? Some Gamemaster enlighten me that this is not the case |
quaxocal | Friday, February 20, 2009 - 08:46 pm There is no explanation for the HLW problem. Their patch fixes make the problem worse and worse every week. They repeatedly REFUSE to fix the problem. I think they just don't anymore about how BROKEN things like this are. They have too many stupid ways to further ruin profits and war to do. Q |
Barney Rubble (Little Upsilon) | Friday, February 20, 2009 - 10:17 pm A similar HLW issue happened many months ago and players with large empires ran into staggering labor issues. I forget the cause at that time but the issues were fixed after a "period" of time. It can be very frustrating. I essentialy abandoned my LU empire at that point and have never really rebuilt. Having said that the game is still fun. Just switch tactics! Worry less about econ and more about annoying fellow players. It makes for hearty giggles. |
The Crafty Cockney (Kebir Blue) | Friday, February 20, 2009 - 11:00 pm Barney, you've just made my day, what a good idea. Sod making money, I'm going to spend it doing st00pid things. |
