Stalin716 | Wednesday, February 18, 2009 - 12:19 pm I think by now we are aware that there is some problem going on with the game. Population in some of my countries has reached 210 Million and continues to grow. People in Live Chate say they seen similiar 'bugs' before and I have no problem with that. The game is undoubtedly complex internally. My issue is the folks running Simcountry apparently have a lack of understanding about customer service, after all , a number of us are laying down our cash to play here. It be nice if there was a announcement in the Game News section thats displayed when you log on that there is a problem at the moment. That the folks running thegame are aware of it and they are working on correcting the problem. Not having such a message makes them look like they are in the dark as to what is going on. And thats not a good thing. All they need to do is acknowledge there is an ongoing problem, apologise for the inconvenience and say they are working as quickly as possible to resolve said problem. Saying nothing gives the appearance of indifference Thats my opinion. I really like the game and I'm not planning on leaving or any other such nonsense like I heard expressed in Live Chat. The bottom line of this message is for those running SimCountry to keep your customer bas informed when there is a problem. Thanks! Stalin716 |
coolwind (Golden Rainbow) | Wednesday, February 18, 2009 - 12:49 pm Been saying that all along and it makes no difference. Do they not have a marketing director to deal with all this stuff? Is this a real business or a garage enterprise? |
The Crafty Cockney (Kebir Blue) | Wednesday, February 18, 2009 - 01:25 pm It reminds me of a bunch of monkies sitting at typewriters (not word processors) trying to re-create one of The Bards plays. Only, the monkies have inked ribbons... Hello W3C, anyone awake yet? |
quaxocal (Golden Rainbow) | Wednesday, February 18, 2009 - 07:12 pm You guys realize that W3C is located in the Netherlands. So their response time might be different than what we'd expect (at least for those of us in the USA). And I would assume their energy went into fixing the problem. I for one, appreciate everything they have posted and done to fix the problem. Restores some confidence in the game for me. Q |

Augustus (Fearless Blue) | Thursday, February 19, 2009 - 10:40 pm This may seem wrong, but; I don't think they have lost enough to care to be honest! you have people leaving that have been here for years. They have spent lots of money to play and yet that does not seem to phase them in the least. If I ran my buisness the same way they are, I wouldn't have any customers long. I guess they're making enough money right now so they can ignore us. I don't know about the rest of you, but; I'm tired of being ignored!! I feel like some of the others and I'm thinking very seriously about letting my membership lapse. I can spend my money on other things that I will get a better value for my dollar than this!! Unless something changes soon, I'm outta here!!!! |
