Despite not buying any weapons systems, and having and armed forces that is declining in size, my yearly defense costs are still rising. From last game july to january army has reduced in size by 5000 men whilst costs have risen 3B a month.
Army total is only 130T, The military is basically the remains of the c3 I took over.
Although the numbers are small, it does show basic costs are rising, whilst income has been reduced.
