Post on this thread if you are interested, and wendy will make her selection from this thread. We need 4 judges 3 associate judges and a chief Justice.. The Chief Justice has 2 votes. A vote as the chief justive, and a vote as a judge on the panel. The chief justice may have the deciding vote in a trial..
King Grayson301 has set formal charges with the Justice Secretary against President Wendy for treason. Because of the secular laws, we must have a trial, and if found guilty, she faces the penalties uder the law, plus an impeachment Vote.. She is inoccent until proved guilty, and I for one belief she is not....

I'm not a resident of LU, and Wendy is selling her empire on GR, so I would like to make myself available as an impartial judge.
Before anyone (especially Wendy) jumps at me, please keep in mind I have defended Wendy on certain issues in the past, and one recently. I have kept my word with staying out of the NLUO threads to keep the peace between us. I'm certainly not going to look to convict without MORE than enough evidence.
As someone who does not *currently* have interest in LU (but will shortly), I think I would be fair.
I doubt both parties will agree to me, but just thought I'd offer.

In all fairness, I had thought of picking someone like myself, but its not going to be impartial.
Unlike Grayson who nominated himself and others he knows NOT to be partial.
At this point however, I have been making a few of my offworld allies aware of some covert, or seemingly covert activities recently, I had sent a good friend of mine Poobah, a recent message from someone who seemed to have a bug up hes arse with CFS AND CIS, and meesaged me saying he wanted to help me in the fight. I have recieved yet another message from this individual, under another account. Very perplexed as to why this person would have soo many accounts.
I also had suspicions about grayson and his connections to this "Person" with the many accounts.
I am guilty of ignorance. I let what would have been a great loyalty to someone I thought was a friend cloud my vision. But then at last, the idiot exposes himself. We all know I don't like multi's. I don't know how or why W3C allows them to flourish. I have accounts on four worlds and find it very hard to micromanage so many empires at once. How this individual does it amazes me.
Without throwing yet another accusation of multi play w/o being willing to present accurate definitive evidence, I will say this.
EVERYONE, INCLUDING myself, needs to take a step back and figure out exactly WHO GRAYSON really is.
King has sent me two messages already admitting to multi play. I now and furthermore step down from the NLUO chair, and disavow anything that has anything to do with King or NLUO.

I opened another account and called it Olle North.
It has no world selected nor countries on any world ..
After playing with TOONSVILLE and TOONTOWN. I found the micro management to be to much and I could not even concive of TRYING more than one account at a time.
So WENDY any ideas you have that I'm anyone other than who I am.
They are wrong even though with all this resent development, I can understand that you will be watching .
and you may for I truely have nothing to hide.
I have told others I had opened another Account in the beginning of my tenure here in SimCountry, and that had Not selected nor placed that character (Olle North).
As for the Chair in NLUO well- I didn't ask for it the first time ,nor each time there after and I really don't want it at all.

Things just don't add up, and your post makes it a lot easier to understand.
Firstly, Wendy leaves NLUO then says sorry to me.
Then, Nikobulldog leaves NLUO changes his president name, asks for the boycotts to end and and sets up a new fed, The SOF Patriarch (which is the fed name of the NLUO black op's i was told about and posted it on the LU LUNATIC thread BEFORE it was public knowledge). He fails to change his country name.
Both of these happen within hours of each other. Now, I know through INTEL that NLUO are detirmined to carry on and are hoping that a change in strategy would enable them to carry on unhindered.
Now, you Grayson. You post saying something that confirms my suspicions. And I have to say, certain things you have said match with certain things I have been informed about.
So, it makes a bit more sense to me now at least. Wendy, I will maintain the decs against you for another few days at which point I will either let them die, or go back to full attack. What I find out between now and then determines what I do.
I did make it clear above this post that I thought things didn't add up, and what is happening now is typical of what people would do in the situation that NLUO are in.

Thanks. Once I hear from Drew that compensation of some sort has been offered and accepted, and once I see the CIS name dropped - I will let the decs expire.
One thing I must say though Wendy, if you dec on any innocent presidents again we will be back. Please don't take that as a threat - its not intended to be. Its just meant as a warning that we have gone this far and will be more than willing to carry it on or continue it at some point in the future. That includes any president, not just my fedmates. You may defend yourself, im not trying to stop you from doing that but I just need to make sure that my friends and fedmates are safe, and that you won't attack without a good reason. I'm sure that as a fellow SC president - you can understand that and have done similar yourself in the past.

Honestly STU are you offereng me compensation for the nuclear attacks on my country? I will Modestly entertain compensation for Drew. But keep in mind that there was an alternative presented. I Declared on Drew after two weeks of continuous nuke bombardment from josias. The war Decs expired, yet josias kept bombing. So I had to declare again and nuke him more.
Now I DID offer ANY and EVERY CIS member who didn't want to be bombed an offer of clemency, and a fed to join to declare themselves as non hostile. Now Drew fired back and even nuked me once or twice. I am unsure as to why he needs compensation. He declared himself a part of hostilities when he didn't comply with the offers of peace. Frankly, I am not into compensating enemies after wasting ammo. I would be more interested in compensating victims of fallout rather than the actual target of the disaster. If I fired I wanted to cause damage, why would I turn around and pay for that very damage? But if you are willing to offer me compensation, I will offer drew compensation. I don't see any hits on my slaves, but I sure do see further disasters on the most recent news saying my countries were the targets of attacks, You aren't STILL Nuking me Stuart? I Hope not. |

To be honest, it looks like one of those things the game throws um every now and then. Thats 21 nuke attacks in one game day. 17 of them are for the same country. I think its a bug - a similar thing happenend to me with a repeating earthquake a while ago. LG explained it as the game catching up or something like that.
Why didnt you attack Josias inseted of declaring on Drew? He was the aggressor - not poor old Drew! Anyway, whatever. You said you will modestly entertain compensation for Drew so I look forward to recieving a message from you or him stating that this has happenend. Drew gets compensated and you agree not to attack and innocent presidents on LU again or we carry it on.
Drew is innocent and should never have been attacked. Especially that you were doing it in the name of NLUO at the time and you have since realised your mistake with that organisation. I'm not asking for compensation for myself or anyone else, hell - i'm even offering comp to people my nukes may have affected with fallout.
However, I do think it is resonable to ask that an innocent president who was attacked by yourself is compensated for his losses. I also think its resonable to ask that you don't attack any innocents on LU again simply because of your history here.
I do not think that I am asking for much here Wendy. I haven't even named a compensation level - that is for you and Drew to decide between yourselves.

No Wendy. All of this could have been avoided by you being a little less hostile towards everyone and realising what NLUO were a bit earlier instead of fighting for them.
Drew actually did say that he was leaving when I spoke to him in December, but didn't say when he would actually pack up and go. I have just checked and yes, he has now left. You are right.
That gets you out of the compensation issue with him then.
Now. My decs will not expire untill;
A) Yours expire first.
B) You agree NEVER to attack innocent presidents again as you have done in the past.
Then, if you do attack someone for the hell of it, Josias and I will be back. Next time, we will not speak to you like we are now. Also, if this comes out as a NLUO plan to build in secret, full military force will be used against EVERYONE who is/was a known NLUO member, not just you. I know that Hezzy has a plan up his sleeve, and I know what that plan is. I just hope it dosn't involve you Wendy as I haven't yet been given names.
I am offering compensation to presidents affected by fallout from mine and Josias' nukes on an LU thread. I hope that you will also do the same for presidents affected by your fallout. There are at least 2 presidents there claiming from you already.
Wendy, I hope that this time you are sincere in your approach to peace, and stop trying to bait me on here and in chat. Your actions over the next few days and weeks will show how sincere you are.

In all fairness, I had thought of picking someone like myself, but its not going to be impartial.
Unlike Grayson who nominated himself and others he knows NOT to be partial.
At this point however, I have been making a few of my offworld allies aware of some covert, or seemingly covert activities recently, I had sent a good friend of mine Poobah, a recent message from someone who seemed to have a bug up hes arse with CFS AND CIS, and meesaged me saying he wanted to help me in the fight. I have recieved yet another message from this individual, under another account. Very perplexed as to why this person would have soo many accounts.
I also had suspicions about grayson and his connections to this "Person" with the many accounts.
I am guilty of ignorance. I let what would have been a great loyalty to someone I thought was a friend cloud my vision. But then at last, the idiot exposes himself. We all know I don't like multi's. I don't know how or why W3C allows them to flourish. I have accounts on four worlds and find it very hard to micromanage so many empires at once. How this individual does it amazes me.
Without throwing yet another accusation of multi play w/o being willing to present accurate definitive evidence, I will say this.
EVERYONE, INCLUDING myself, needs to take a step back and figure out exactly WHO GRAYSON really is.
King has sent me two messages already admitting to multi play. I now and furthermore step down from the NLUO chair, and disavow anything that has anything to do with King or NLUO.
King now that I know you are general G, you have isolated yourself permanently from me. Don't message me, don't talk about me, and do not consider me an ally again EVER.

Listen, Wendy has all the time she needs to make her decision. I disreguarded her post against me becuase she did not have all the facts, and only what she was told.. I filled everyone in on the whole situation.. People like to tell half truths, or what they want to hear or in this case read, which is worse.. So I still consider Wendy the Chairman of the NLUO until she formally anounces it, now that she has all of the facts...
Any NLUO member can email me or the chairman in private if they doubt our government.. We don't want to integrate into the LU Community.. We are going to develop our own community under the NLUO world Government... As for my debt ridden countries. If you would just leave me alone for 3 real months.. I would have a great economy.. and a large empire, and a military to rival yours.. But you don't want that because your feelings make mwe seem as if I am a threat, when in reality I mean you no harm... People's feelings got Jesus killed...
