I opened a topic yesterday after I noticed I could not raise my Corp cash above 50.00B SC$.
Topic: You can't raise the Cash of corporations over 50.00B SC$.
When I logged on after I awoke I had a message from Laguna aka John.

There was one with the exact same title that was deleted, with the exact same content.
And that was deleted, because there's already one debating the same measure with 6 for 5.
It is counter-productive to split the same discussion while it is being discussed at the same time.
You, on the other hand, cannot justify the existence of that thread to a plausible extend.
Also, first and for most, these are to be discussed between the mod and the user privately, and not publicly.
That's why I always send a PM informing the offender.

For one thing John the name was not exactly the same but it was close enough that I wont agrue that point with you.
Perhaps if you had sent me a polite message explaining why your decision was made instead of the e-mail that I recieved which reads as more of a directive or demand we would not be having this conversation. Which you seem to object to having in the light of day "open forum".
I actually find the tone of your communications for the most part insulting and disrespectful.
In the last line of this post you insinuate actually outright say that I am not very well informed and irresponsible. This is rude and unacceptable behavior coming from a moderator.
A moderator that takes cheap shots at players fully well knowing that if the player takes a shot back he has the power to sanction the player "IMO" is not a good moderator and down right counter productive "in my opinion".
I look at the moderators of this game as an extension of the owners/caretakers themselves they chose you as far as I am concerned you speak and act for them.
If I as a participant/customer am treated in an ill manner by the caretakers of this game or any other for that matter I have but two options open to me take the abuse or find another place to play.
I for one will not be abused by the caretakers in a game I help support. If you take shots at me John I WILL fire back and the minute you abuse that which was given to you I will find another place to spend my time.

I don't know whats happening here, but I also find funny, that despite LG NOT being in my federation or empire he has declared on two inactives and swept them from under my feet. I wonder how that happened. I thought we had to be at least in the same fed to declare on open countries?? Any thoughts LG. |

Up to 15 countries can dec on another president. They can be from any fed... inactive or not.

With all respect to you, and of course John R, don't you think these guys send dozens of messages like this one each week, many times to the same players?
After awhile wouldn't you get a little short after telling the same players the rules several times over? I'm sure it is a frustrating job.
It would be best to have a little understanding and reach out to the moderators in private. |

I am in the service industry and deal with hundreds of people everyday getting short with a paying guest is a cardinal sin and quite frankly there is no excuse for it.

I have nothing to hide or even feel bad about "in my mind that is".
As far as it cluttering up the forum people at this point know what it's about and they can ignore the topic as I do on topics I don't have any interest in.
I don't see a problem in this area there are very few things if any at this point in my life that are taboo to talk about in open.
But there are a couple of you that seem to think that airing or ironing out issues like these in a public forum is I guess at the least distasteful so this will be my last word on the subject in public.
