For some time now, we have seen many messages on the forum that use bad language, insults and are unacceptable for us and for many players of Simcountry.
We receive an increasing number of complaints. Many people think that the forum becomes a place they do not want to join any more.
The same kind of complaints, refer also to the live chat.
When writing your messages, please use the same courtesy that you would show when speaking face-to-face with someone. Flames, insults, and personal attacks will not be tolerated. It's fine to disagree strongly with opinions, ideas, and facts, but always with respect for the other person. Great minds do not always think alike, and that's where the fun is! Also, note that messages express the thoughts of the writers, not the board or its moderators.
We will now take more serious action to stop such behavior.
The game moderator, Laguna, and engineers working for W3creative will increase the monitoring of both the forum and the live chat and will issue bans against players who refuse to follow the rules as published in our terms and conditions.
If a player is banned from the forum and the chat for the first time, it will be for one week.
A second ban will be for a month, or depending on the specific case, it might be forever.
A third ban will be forever.
We would like to remind you that the Simcountry forum is a limited access, private forum that is available for Simcountry players and is bound by the rules that have been setup by W3creative. |

Now, in your message, you stated the length of the bans. Treasurers first ban has been for a lot longer than 1 week, so surely that means he should be allowed back now?

According to your published rules, Tom, which I agree with, Treasurer should be reinstated on the forum. It was his first offence and he should only have been banned for one week.
The rules are good and clarify things for all of us. Can you explain why they do not apply to Treasurer? As far as I am aware, he is not guilty of "flames, insults or personal attacks"
