It is with great honor that the Federations The Commission and The Protectorate announce our entering into a Non-Agression Pact as an expression of our mutual respect and support for each other.
We do hereby enter into the Public Record this Treaty of Non-Agression.
ARTICLE I. The Federations in their entirety: The Commission and The Protectorate (hereafter named High Contracting Parties) obligate themselves to desist from any act of violence, any agressive action, and any attack on each other, either individually or jointly with other Powers.
ARTICLE II.Should one of the High Contracting Parties become the object of "belligerent action" (hereafter named War Declaration), the other High Contracting Party shall in no manner lend it's support to this third Power(s).
ARTICLE III. Neither of the two High Contracting Parties shall participate in any grouping of powers whatsoever that is directly or indirectly aimed at the other High Contracting Party.
ARTICLE IV. Should any member or group of members of either High Contracting Party become the object of a War Declaration by a member or group of members of the other High Contracting Party, the High Contracting Party wherein the War Declaring country or countries is/are a member or group of members shall be obligated to cause to be taken a vote of eviction of said member or members within Four(4)Game Months of a Formal Request being published on the "General" Forum, and a Formal Request being made directly to the Chairman of the High Contracting Party whose member or group of members are the War Declaring by the Chairman of the High Contracting Party whose member or members are the object of the War Declaration. Further, should the Vote of Eviction of the War Declaring member or members not result in the affirmative, the High Contracting Party whose member or members are the object of the War Declaration shall have the right to assert it's full resources in the defense of it's country or countries, up to and including the conquering of any or all subject countries of the War Declaring member or group of members. The High Contracting Party of the War Declaring member or members shall in no manner lend it's support to the War Declaring member or members.
ARTICLE V. Should disputes, of a nature not addressed in ARTICLE IV, arise between the High Contracting Parties over problems of one kind or another, both Parties shall settle these disputes EXCLUSIVELY through friendly exchange of opinions or, if necessary, through the establishment of arbitration.
ARTICLE VI. Should in the course of time, a member of either High Contracting Party acquire the designation commonly known as "inactive",that member's assets shall without retribution or activating ARTICLE IV of the Treaty, be available for acqusition after actions deemed reasonable by the Chairman of the High Contracting Party whose member has the "inactive" designation have been taken to notify said "inactive" member of the intention of acqusition of assets.
ARTICLE VII. The Treaty shall remain in effect until such time as either High Contracting Party provides written notification to the Chairman of the other the High Contracting Party and publishes same on the "General" Forum that it is their intention to dissolve the Treaty, whereupon a period of no less than Ten(10) Game Years shall pass before Final Dissolution of Treaty.
ARTICLE VIII. The Treaty shall be published and be a source of record on the "General' Forum and become effective immediately upon the Signatures of the Chairman of both High Contracting Parties. |
